Shipping Policy

Local pickup — Free
Pickup is available at all of our warehouses: Arlington TX, Los Angeles CA, Orlando FL, and Romulus NY. After your order is placed, we'll email you when the item is ready and confirm a pickup appointment. Bring a government-issued ID and your order confirmation.

Freight shipping — $100 flat, within the continental United States
We arrange LTL freight delivery to a commercial or residential address. $100 covers standard curbside delivery. 

Delivery times
Freight transit is typically 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. The carrier will contact you to schedule an appointment window.

International orders
We do not currently ship outside the continental United States. Contact us if you need a freight quote to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or export.

Damage and inspection
Inspect freight shipments before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the receipt and contact us at info@restaurantequipment.bid within 48 hours. Claims cannot be filed after a receipt is signed clean.
