Services

RestaurantEquipment.Shop (“RES”) provides a continuously updated online catalog of restaurant and food-service equipment. By browsing or submitting an inquiry on the RestaurantEquipment.Shop website, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth below.

Inquiry Registration

To inquire about inventory you must complete the online inquiry form. Information required includes your name (first and last), current address, phone number, and a valid email address. By submitting an inquiry form, you verify your agreement and compliance with all policies, terms, and conditions contained herein.

Product Availability & Pricing

All inventory listed is offered for inquiry only, not direct checkout. Pricing is listed in U.S. dollars. Once you submit an inquiry, we will follow up to confirm availability, final pricing (including shipping, taxes, or fees), and next steps. Product availability may change without notice.

Warehouse Locations

All equipment listed is stored at one of the following warehouses: Arlington, TX; Los Angeles, CA; Orlando, FL; Romulus, NY. You will be notified of the specific location, pickup, or shipping logistics once your order is confirmed.

Inventory Sources

Inventory is sourced through our parent company, TAGeX Brands, which has over 30 years of experience in the food-service equipment market. Items are drawn from operating restaurants, commercial kitchens, manufacturers, and related industry partners. A mix of new surplus, pre-owned, and scratch-and-dent equipment may be offered.

Condition of Equipment

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, items have previously been in commercial use and will show signs of wear including, but not limited to, nicks, scratches, or discoloration. Listings are presented to the best of our ability; however, all items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, without warranty or guarantee of operation or condition.

Payment & Fulfillment

Following inquiry confirmation, you will receive an invoice for payment. Accepted payment methods include major credit or debit cards, ACH, or wire transfer (as arranged). No payment is processed directly through the listing or catalog page.

Shipping / Pickup & Risk

Once payment is received and order confirmation sent, you will schedule pickup or shipping from the notified warehouse. The buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage upon pickup or shipping. If items are not collected within the agreed timeframe, storage or handling fees may apply.

Sales Tax & Exemptions

All sales are subject to applicable state and local sales tax laws. If you claim sales tax exempt status, you must provide a valid tax exemption certificate prior to payment. Tax will not be refunded after purchase.

Photos & Descriptions

Photographs and descriptions are provided for reference only. Occasionally, additional items may appear in photos that are not included in the listed lot. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review the item description and ask questions prior to placing an inquiry.

Privacy & Data Use

Site Functionality & Updates

We endeavor to keep our catalog and site functionality operating smoothly; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free service. TAGeX Brands and RestaurantEquipment.Shop reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Relationship to RestaurantEquipment.Bid

Inventory listed on RestaurantEquipment.Shop may also flow through and be offered on our auction platform, RestaurantEquipment.Bid. By using RestaurantEquipment.Shop, you acknowledge that inventory may be reallocated to other TAGeX Brands sales channels.
